Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in construction cost per m²?
The cost per m² typically covers structural work (concrete, steel, brickwork) and basic MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). It usually excludes land, foundation, interior finishing, and landscaping.
Why add a contingency reserve?
