1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CalcVault, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CalcVault provides free and paid online business calculators for small and medium-sized businesses. We offer Free, Pro, and Team subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CalcVault for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial for paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CalcVault — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of CalcVault and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CalcVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calculator results are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalcVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
